Art @ Your Library

Every other month, the library features the work of local artists or a local artist group in the historic rotunda for the Art @ your library® exhibit. The exhibit is open to the public during regular library hours. Works of art are also available for purchase.

The current Art @ Your Library exhibit runs from February 4-March 22 and features local artists Stephanie Funke and Pamela Hiatt. Below is a brief introduction and showcase by from the featured artists.

Stephanie Funke is a certified Zentangle® teacher, an artist, and a photographer. She is showcasing a collection of Zentangle® works entitled “Going in Circles.” Zentangle® is a repetitive drawing process that creates structured designs from various patterns.

Pamela Hiatt took up painting after retiring from the postal service in 2013. She has found her true calling as an artist and feels at peace with a paintbrush in her hand. Her oil paintings include floral, landscape, and still life scenes.
