Our History The Carnegie-Stout Public Library Foundation is an independent, non-profit organization established in 1996 to promote reading and life-long learning. The Foundation is an all-volunteer organization with a Board of Directors committed to the belief that great communities deserve great libraries. C-SPL Funded Projects, 2002-2020
Our Commitment The Foundation Board of Directors raises funds through donations, grants, and bequests, which are distributed to the library for specific projects.
