Can I make buttons for a cause? And what is the size and price?
Hi Margaret,
Buttons cost 20 cents each. You can make 1″ or 2.25″ pinback or magnetic back styles. If you have additional questions, feel free to stop into the Maker Space on the second floor anytime during regular library hours or email makerspace@carnegiestout.org.
Great to know you are coming back! I am searching to make a mat to put in a frame. The piece inside is an embroidery project I started a few years ago. I need it to cover over the Sunset logo on the embroidery piece. The size would be !4″ x !6″ inches. Do you have any such projects at the Makerplace to help me with this project? Thank you for any information you can provide.
Hi Kay, please contact the Maker Space directly via email (makerspace@carnegiestout.org) or phone (563-589-4225, ext. 2246) and they can help answer your question. Thanks!
