The Dubuque County ISU Extension & Outreach Office is offering a Free Pepper Plant Program for Dubuque County residents. This educational gardening activity provides a free 4-pack of bell pepper plants that participants can pick up at the Carnegie-Stout Public Library.
Participants will also receive updates on good growing practices for raising peppers in a Northeast Iowa climate throughout the 2024 gardening season.
