City of Dubuque educators with a Teacher Card may request librarian assistance for finding books to support curriculum topics. Please complete the form below and a Youth Services Librarian will compile of collection of books for you (up to five books per topic), check them out to your Teacher Card within 3 days of the form submission, and hold them for pick up. If you have any questions, call the Children’s Help Desk at 563-589-4225, ext. 2228.

You should receive an email, phone call, or text message when holds are available for pickup. Books are held for pickup for 7 days, if after 7 days items are not picked up, they are returned, re-shelved, and subject to a $0.50 fine per item up to a maximum of $5.
